Joel and I love to go through every nook and cranny of Bethesda City, and our most favorite spot to spend the weekend is the newly renovated Hyatt Regency located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, Maryland.
We always use our short stay in this hotel as a way to escape my busy weeks and also as an avenue to visit most of the attractions in the capital region since it is just one stop away from the Red Metro Line. Before we checked out in the morning of our last day, we explored all the landmarks along with some of the upscale restaurants in Bethesda Row.
After what seemed to be like a long walk, the temperature quickly changed from a 60 degree sunshine day and became windy. As soon as we got back to the lobby, I followed the smell to my favorite brewing cafe and grabbed a cup of Starbucks Chai tea. There’s something so refreshing about the session of the hotel lobby that just wants to make me sit all day and forget about checking out, and it’s definitely connected to the interior designs.
I wore this black meilun, sleeveless, patchwork ruffles, body-con dress (all under $100) as we checked out of the hotel. I love the polyester and cotton fabric of this party dress, and I got a lot of compliments as I rolled my Andiamo suitcase out of the lobby. I said my final goodbyes after admiring the decorative pumpkin patch outside of the hotel, and I can’t wait to tell you about my next visit.
